Welcome to my little corner! I am so thrilled you are here and hope to see you back. This blogsite is loaded with visual stimulation, new products, ideas and crazy stuff that runs across my mind. Also included will be many grammer mistakes and misspellings I am sure.

My name is Brandy. I will be your guide. I am also a people watcher, day dreamer, artist, flexitarian, guerilla artist, Sweet Potato Queen, music lover, member of the Metal Pounders Union, and photographer.

I absolutely love my job and the opportunities I have to meet the people that I do.

Its 9oclock Somewhere

I did something today I have wanted to do for a long time. I walked. I walked 2.5 miles to be exact. My butt cheeks will probably remind me of that tomorrow. It was so peaceful and quiet. A chance to slow down, listen to Counting Crows, and just walk. I closed my eyes a few times and got lost in the song. Singing loud and then realizing there were other people around me walking too. I was in the middle of crazy town so I just blended in.

After 5 laps I started to notice the sun coming on full strength and I could feel my face start to get tight from the heat of the sun. I looked up right into the sun, with my sunglasses on of course and started laughing thinking about Shawshank Redemption. I was free and could feel the 9o'clock sunshine. Usually I was stuck behind a desk under filtered light that I swear kills a person quickly.

6th lap I started to notice that the young trees in the park seemed to grow or lean towards the sun. Of course I started to look deeper into it and noticed that the big trees just stood straight. The younger trees would actually lean around the bigger trees to get to the sun. Guess even the plants get filtered light too and sometimes just want to feel the sun.

I have noticed that trees that are planted around bigger ones seem to be stunted. Puny looking; sorta never really reach their potential. Ironic huh? I think even if you cant pick up roots and move in front of the big guy you can always step outside, put on your sunglasses, close your eyes and look up. Make sure it is 9oclock and don't stop until your face seems to get a little tight. Oh and make sure it is your morning break. It feels good...Until then

Keep Rockin
