I have always had this urge to find more. More answers, see more things, absorb more information, explore more, more, more, more. I hope and pray my girls are the same way.

I want to climb to the top of the mountain, sit on top and see below all that was made for us. Soak in the colors, the beauty and try to half way show it in a photograph for you that can't see or think you don't want to explore. This photograph will light a fire under you and you will want more.

I want to sit on an empty beach, with the whitest sand and bluest water and attempt to photograph it. You would be able to see how the ocean just bleeds into the sky sometimes. The sounds, the cool damp air, the rush of being a part of something that has not even begun to be discovered by us.

I want to walk through the rain forest and find the prettiest flower that's growing in an odd place, photograph it and show it to you too. This photograph will inspire you to find the beautiful things in the places you never expected.

I want to photograph that drop of dew on the grass from this morning. This photograph will give you the option to find beauty in the smallest things that we take for granted.

I want to go to a concert and sit on the front row. I want to photograph the crowd from behind me and show the rush of excitement that can be brought together by more than one of us. Then I want to photograph the band and show you how I can feel each and every instrument. How the music puts me at peace and I can sympathize with the words of a sad song.

I want to witness a live birth and photograph it. I want to show you how extraordinary we are as humans. How we have the ability to create something, a living thing and how beautiful and emotional it is.

I could write all day long about the things I want to experience and show you.

I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting more. Sometimes it just totally consumes me and becomes a desire or an obsession to find more. Look for the beauty around you and share it with others. I don't think everyone sees everything the same way. Maybe if you share what you see they will start to see the beauty in everything. I think if you find it in one thing you begin to find it in other things. Keep looking around...Until then
