Welcome to my little corner! I am so thrilled you are here and hope to see you back. This blogsite is loaded with visual stimulation, new products, ideas and crazy stuff that runs across my mind. Also included will be many grammer mistakes and misspellings I am sure.

My name is Brandy. I will be your guide. I am also a people watcher, day dreamer, artist, flexitarian, guerilla artist, Sweet Potato Queen, music lover, member of the Metal Pounders Union, and photographer.

I absolutely love my job and the opportunities I have to meet the people that I do.

bkP Army

Its been a month and things are going good. I am booking weekday appointments which I never expected to be so busy at and getting a lot of work done. I am finally starting to get my work flow down. I am really excited.

I guess since I have slowed down a little I have realized some mistakes I have been making too. I am also beginning to see the people that have been taking advantage of my rock star status, so lonely at the top sometimes. Finding my weaknesses has not been easy, well lets say admitting. I have a list of things I need to work on. It seems like I never sleep. I am always thinking of another way to do things, a better way.

Sometimes it seems I am trying so hard to be a better person, a better photographer, a better mother, blah blah blah it just doesn't happen. Disappointment always sets me back. Disappointment in myself more than others.

I am beginning to wonder if I don't need a bkP army. I have all of these awesome ideas and I cant get ahead enough to put any of them in play. This army would be it. The go to place for photography. I would have my team of shooters that specialize in only the area that they are perfect in. The perfect wedding photographer, the perfect children's photographer, you get the idea. I would have my team of set builders. My team of editors. My team of marketers. My team would be so happy they would never dream of going to work anywhere else. They would be loyal to the original rock star. Oh yeah I need a video guy to record everything too. You cant just be on the team though, you have to be the best in your area.

I would also have a mentor program for the up and coming rockstars. We would do a lot of charity work and eventually tour the world helping others form their own army. Not just in photography but in any field. Teaching people how to work together to form little armies in everyday work and life. I gotta learn that one too.

One major problem, I have trouble asking people for help. I always want to do it all on my own or I am scared I will miss something. Gotta get over that one. I am 37, I still have plenty of time to conquer the world right?

Have a great Friday and enjoy the jam from Green Day...Until then.

Keep Rockin (Marching)
